New album "Where The Water Runs Deepest" almost done!
Mixing has begun for Eric's latest record, and the record should be completed
and packaged by December 2011. This is an acoustic collection of new songs
and a few unreleased songs...as well as a few surprises! Immediately after the
release of "Where The Water Runs Deepest"...Eric will begin recording an album
of all new original material with esteemed British music producer David Hentschel
(George Harrison, Elton John, Genesis). Exciting! More details coming...
Eric on WUSA TV News Channel 9 to commemorate 9/11.
Channel 9 news reporter Bruce Leshan interviews Eric after his performance at the
Takoma Park Folk Festival on September 11th, 2011 to commemorate 10 years of the
attack of 9/11. Eric performs a piece of his song "These Are The Craziest of Times."
The show aired that evening.
Eric wins 2010 Wammie!
The Washington Area Music Association (WAMA) awarded Eric a 2010 Wammie for Urban Contemporary Instrumentalist on Feb. 20th, 2011 at the 25th annual Wammie Award Gala at the State Theater in Falls Church, VA. It is Eric's 5th Wammie award.

Eric wins Best Original Song in Film!
Eric has written an original song titled "Runnin'" for the indie film "Tracks." On July 9th, 2011, the song
won the Best Original Song in Film award at the Long Island International Film Expo in New York.
"Tracks" also won the Jury Award for Best Short Film at this prestigious Film Festival, which featured
116 films from around the world. Shot in NYC, Baltimore, and West Virginia, it's a dark, gritty film with a great script. Written by actor/director Kevyn Settle for Napkin Sketch Productions and Big House Digital, the film has also won several other film festival awards, including Best Film at the 2011 Virginia Film Festival. Eric on ABC TV, Starzz Network, Showtime, and Cinemax
Eric's tune "I'm Into You" recently appeared in the ABC TV show "Cougartown" starring Courtney Cox, and the Showtime series "Homeland" starring Claire Danes and Mandy Patinkin. His song "My Heart Belongs To You" appears in the Starzz Network movie "Table for Three" starring Brandon Routh and Sophia Bush…now out on DVD. His song "More Than A Little" is now playing in the Cinemax cable TV series "Co-Ed Confidential." Eric's song "Life of the Party" appears in the Season 1 DVD of "WKRP in Cincinnati" and his song "Starting Today" appears in the Season 4 DVD of the WB TV show "Felicity."
Eric performs for troops at Walter Reed Army Hospital
The Songwriters Guild of America invited Eric, country star Pam Tillis, multi-platinum songwriter and SGA president Rick Carnes, and singer Bob Sima to perform for recuperating soldiers at Walter Reed Army Hospital in Bethesda, MD. Eric was joined by guitarist Mike Stacey for this truly unforgettable afternoon.

Eric on HGTV
The theme song for the HGTV show "Sleep On It" is a version of the classic rock tune "Paradise By The Dashboard Light" by Meat Loaf. Meat couldn't make the recording session, so Eric stepped in to sing his parts and play bass. Baltimore artist Niki Barr sings the Karla Bonoff parts. "Sleep On It" airs Wednesdays at 10:30pm eastern and pacific time.
